Getting it right from the start
Our methodology is fast, efficient and painless. Before beginning the project, we begin with our Starting Point™ Workshop. It’s a daylong event at our office where our staff starts the dialogue with stakeholders from your organization. Our creative staff gets a chance to understand the brand and your goals, and then develop a high- level overview of key marketing aspects of your business. By the end of the Workshop, we’ll devise and fine-tune a basic Action Plan.
Research. Then, research some more.
One of the most important things we take away from the Workshop is an understanding of what else we need to learn. This sets the stage for an accelerated market research program to get the answers prior to the strategy development. Our approach includes getting a feel for how our prospects identify themselves – and what they may want to change.
Strategy – where Insight meets Inspiration
The strategic campaign plan sets the roadmap for the project. We’ll deliver a document that contains a review of the market situation, identifies objectives and aligns strategies to build success. This can include name, logo, and positioning, messaging, brand promise and style guide. Each strategy will contain a multitude of tactical elements and outline all the appropriate resources available. We’ll help you decide which options – print, web, broadcast, public relations and social and interactive media – can be integrated to get your message heard and understood.
