Team Work! A concept much talked about, but one that over 30 years of service in both the Marine Corps and U.S. Army has shown works over and over again if applied diligently. Over the years I have used this concept to successfully direct financial operations of start up and troubled small companies with positive and profitable results for not only the company owners but the employees as well.

Several years ago I decided to step back from the high stress environment and seek employment with an organization that demonstrated the same attitude toward a team work approach that I had worked so successfully with. Signature Advertising demonstrates this to a high degree by leveraging the talents of a core of highly creative individuals to produce unique product for their clients. This cannot be accomplished without the principles of team work being utilized and the end result shows this. I am proud to be a small part of this effort.
